ABOUT ME
I received my PhD from the School of Management at Ben Gurion University. My dissertation dealt with career choice in management. My M.A is in Clinical Psychology, and my B.A is in Behavioral Sciences (with honors).
My research is mainly focused on career, gender, personality, motivation, and creativity.
I am a member of the teaching staff at Achva Academic College and at Ben Gurion University, Israel.
I teach courses in career management, organizational behavior, organizational psychology, and human resource management.
I have rich experience in occupational psychology, specifically in employee selection.
